Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures every customer receives new, unused and untouched products. We do not offer refunds for opened or used items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
